“OBO too like play” – Controversy erupts as Davido rough-handles Wizkid’s neck at ‘Evenintheday’ event
Nigerian singer and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke, better known as Davido, shocked many on social media as he seemingly playfully touched the neck of fellow singer Wizkid when they met at an event.
In a video circulating on social media, Davido, who was visibly excited to be at the event, encountered his long-time friend and fellow singer, Wizkid.
There were claims that Davido couldn’t contain his excitement when he met Wizkid and was quite animated around him in the club.
A video, drawing the attention of many users, shows Davido standing beside Wizkid with his hand on Wizkid’s neck.
As music played, Davido, without removing his hand, jumped up, causing the cap Wizkid was wearing to fall to the ground.
