Mixed reactions have trailed Davido’s response to a producer who called him out over alleged unpaid royalties.

The producer who calls himself Napji alleged that he was the producer behind some of Davido’s songs – Fem, Jowo and Sunlight on Davido’s “A Better Time” album which was released in 2020.

He claimed to have been paid N500K in adavance for each of the songs, and wishes to collect his royalties.

Napji added that he would be releasing more information soon.

I was paid an advance of 500 thousand naira for each of the songs. I will be releasing more information as I seek to collect my royalties & publishing,” Napji the producer wrote.

Reacting to this, Davido blasted the alleged producer’s father.

“Ur papa,” Davido wrote as he reacted to the post.
