Why I use eyeglasses – Rema

Popular Afropop singer, Divine Ikubor alias Rema opens up on the reason he wears eyeglasses as he discloses what he is suffering from.

The “Calm Down” revealed in a recent interview with Capital Xtra on the red carpet of the 2024 Brit Awards in London, United Kingdom, that he suffers from long-sightedness – the inability to focus on near objects.

He revealed that his condition makes him wear glasses in order to aid his eyesight.

Rema made this known when he was asked ot divulge something he has never told anyone else.

“I use glasses. I’m suffering from long-sightedness.”
